In order to keep matters fair and prevent characters from gaining too much power at once and causing a massive and unfair gap between characters a new system and set of rules has been created.
There is now a code in place which displays as a little green bar in the mini profile section. It is set so every fifty posts a character levels up. Level one is 0 posts, level two is 10 posts, level three is 20 posts, level four is 50 posts. This was designed to give the new members a bit of a head start and the ability to better keep up with seasoned members who have posts numbering in the tripple digits. After 50 posts are made it requires 50 more posts to reach higher levels.
Above the little green level bar are the words "x posts to next level" once the bar is filled up and jumps to the next level, a person is allowed to level up their character. This entails adding new jutsu, raising kenki Genkai, increasing the number of tails on a demon and so on.
A Maximum of FOUR new jutsu may be added to a character when it levels up. Either a combo of custom jutsu and normal jutsu or just custom jutsu or just normal jutsu.
Kenki Genkai are allowed to raise a max of One level this includes adding additional forums, adding new jutsu, increasing damage power and so on.
Demon are allowed to raise a max of One Tail for every three levels. This is designed to prevent demon characters from reaching ultimate level too fast and creating an imbalance. Please remember the max number of tails a demon can achieve is ten tails. At ten tails they are god-hood status.
For example, a demon will start off with one tail, but it shall not recieve its second tail until level 3 has been reached. At level 6 it shall recieve its third tail, level 9 it's 4th tail, level 12 it's 5th tail, level 15 its 6th tail, level 18 its 7th tail, level 21 it's 8th tail, level 24 its 9th tail and level 27 its 10th tail.
